These terms apply when you engage New Wave Digital Marketing ("we", "us", "our") to design, build, host or maintain a website through New Wave Sites. By submitting a quote request, booking a call, or signing up for a plan, you agree to these terms.
We design and build websites for service businesses, and provide ongoing hosting, maintenance and updates for the term of your plan, as outlined on our pricing page and in your proposal.
Plans are billed monthly with no upfront lump sum, for the minimum term stated in your plan. A one-off setup fee may apply if a project requires groundwork (e.g. new branding) before design can begin, as agreed on your strategy call.
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your site going live, we'll refund what you've paid to date. This guarantee applies to the build fee and does not cover third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. domain registration).
Once your plan is paid in full for the minimum term, you own the content and design of your website. Hosting, ongoing maintenance and support remain tied to an active plan.
You may cancel at the end of your minimum term by giving written notice. Cancelling during the minimum term may require payment of the remaining term, as set out in your specific agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
